Job Description
Anthropic is seeking a Brand Designer to lead its brand presence through physical experiences and targeted field marketing efforts. The Brand Designer will drive the creative direction for Anthropic's B2B events portfolio, field marketing activities, and partner marketing initiatives and campaigns. This role involves partnering closely with the brand team, events and field team, and partner marketing leaders to transform business objectives into memorable experiences.
- Leading creative strategy and execution for the full events portfolio.
- Building programs, design systems, and ways of working from scratch.
- Directing and designing end-to-end event experiences.
- Leading design on high-impact executive keynote presentations.
- Building flexible design systems that maintain brand integrity.
- Transforming technical concepts into compelling narratives.
- Directing and collaborating with agencies and vendors.
- Working cross-functionally to align creative execution with business strategy.
- Building design systems and templates to scale events, field marketing, and partner marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience designing end-to-end B2B event and marketing experiences.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take full ownership of projects.
- Experience developing new processes, frameworks, and design approaches.
- Experience developing marketing design systems and templates.
- Ability to build effective partnerships across teams.
- Ability to balance high design standards with practical constraints.
- Previous in-house experience at a technology company (preferred).
