Job Description
Anthropic is seeking a MarTech Operations Lead to spearhead its marketing technology strategy and implementation for B2C performance marketing. This role is pivotal in optimizing the martech stack to facilitate data-driven decisions and scalable growth across various channels. The MarTech Operations Lead will act as a bridge between marketing, data, product, and engineering teams, ensuring the marketing technology infrastructure aligns with both immediate business needs and long-term strategic objectives.Responsibilities include:
  • Owning the end-to-end martech stack, from researching new technologies to leading integrations.
  • Enabling marketing effectiveness through training programs and support.
  • Partnering with data, product, and engineering teams to develop automation solutions.
  • Managing SaaS vendor relationships.
  • Leading B2C-focused platform implementations and maintaining documentation.
  • Designing and implementing event tracking strategies.
  • Configuring and optimizing mobile measurement partnerships (MMPs) and attribution models.
  • Establishing audience segmentation frameworks.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of martech experience with deep expertise in B2C marketing platforms.
  • Strong project management and technical proficiency.
  • Experience working effectively in matrix organizations.
  • Hands-on expertise with core B2C martech platforms.
  • Deep understanding of mobile measurement, event tracking architecture, and privacy-compliant attribution.
  • Experience with audience platforms.
  • SQL proficiency and experience with customer data platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
