Intercom, an AI Customer Service company, is seeking a Head of Enterprise Sales to lead its global enterprise sales team. This role is crucial for defining and executing Intercom's enterprise go-to-market strategy and managing a team of experienced Account Executives. The Head of Enterprise Sales will collaborate with senior executives across various departments to build the infrastructure and processes needed to succeed in the enterprise segment.Intercom is looking for a leader who can attract and develop talent, inspire others, and build customer-centric sales processes.

Requirements: - 5+ years of frontline management experience in enterprise SaaS
- Track record of closing complex, high-value deals
- Experience building or scaling a new enterprise motion
- Familiarity with outbound-led motions, Command of the Message, and MEDDPICC
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
- Skilled at cross-functional influence
- Comfortable building infrastructure
- Passion for hiring, coaching, and scaling teams
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Experience in AI, customer support SaaS, or platform selling is a plus
- Operates with urgency, humility, and a builder’s mindset
- Comfortable working with a global team and global team leadership
