Similarweb is seeking a Customer Success Manager to work with clients in the Global Investor Vertical. The Customer Success Manager will act as a trusted advisor, training clients and consulting on how to use Similarweb's data to achieve long-term value. This role reports to the Director, Customer Success - Investors.Similarweb empowers over 4,300 customers globally, including industry giants like Google, eBay, and Adidas, to make game-changing decisions that drive their digital strategies. In 2021, Similarweb went public on the New York Stock Exchange.
Responsibilities: - Meet with key stakeholders and users to advise on leveraging Similarweb to meet business needs.
- Analyze data to identify strategic and tactical opportunities for clients.
- Conduct ongoing production and presentation of insights.
- Create compelling stories and present them clearly to clients.
- Proactively identify and address customer pain points.
- Lead, manage, and expand long-term customer relationships.
- Act as a trusted partner and advisor, providing actionable insights.
- Identify and mitigate churn risks, implementing proactive retention measures.
- Develop strong subject matter expertise across Similarweb’s product portfolio.
Requirements: - Strong understanding of key digital web metrics and online marketing channels.
- Knowledge and experience in the investor space (Hedge Funds, Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Investment Banks).
- Client-facing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (ideally in economics, marketing, business strategy, or a similar field).
- Excellent communication and insights-based presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly digest problems and identify solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS environment and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical knowledge and ability to use alternative data to correlate with company KPIs.
- Team player able to effectively interact with colleagues and business partners.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated by results and driven toward excellence.
