Similarweb is seeking an HR Business Partner to support their teams in Prague and Kyiv. The HRBP will be a trusted advisor to managers and employees, helping to shape organizational structures, support leadership development, and drive key people programs. This role requires being in the office 4 days a week.
Role Involves: - Acting as the primary HR contact for employee queries and relocation.
- Managing end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, performance reviews, and employee surveys.
- Supporting local change initiatives and creating HR documentation.
- Ensuring adherence to local labor law and internal policies.
- Collaborating with global HR partners to implement global programs locally.
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience as an HRBP or generalist in an international environment.
- Experience across multiple HR areas such as employee relations and training.
- Strong understanding of Czech labor law.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
- Positive, service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Fluency in English and Czech.
