Job Description
Similarweb is seeking an HR Business Partner to support their teams in Prague and Kyiv. The HRBP will be a trusted advisor to managers and employees, helping to shape organizational structures, support leadership development, and drive key people programs. This role requires being in the office 4 days a week.
    Role Involves:
  • Acting as the primary HR contact for employee queries and relocation.
  • Managing end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, performance reviews, and employee surveys.
  • Supporting local change initiatives and creating HR documentation.
  • Ensuring adherence to local labor law and internal policies.
  • Collaborating with global HR partners to implement global programs locally.
    Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as an HRBP or generalist in an international environment.
  • Experience across multiple HR areas such as employee relations and training.
  • Strong understanding of Czech labor law.
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
  • Positive, service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Fluency in English and Czech.
