AlphaSense is seeking an Analyst, Client & Product Support to join their growing C&PS team. This role is based in Delhi and requires someone with a customer-first mindset and strong problem-solving abilities. The Analyst will act as the first line of support for customers globally, ensuring a positive experience through timely and effective resolution of queries. They will also collaborate with technical and non-technical global stakeholders and contribute to product development.

Requirements:
