AlphaSense is seeking an Analyst for Client & Product Support to join their growing team in Pune. This role is at the intersection of sales, customer success, and technical support, driving positive customer outcomes through teamwork and collaboration. The Analyst will act as the first line of support, contributing to excellent customer service and maximizing customer health. The role involves:

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a client/product support role.
