AlphaSense is seeking an Analyst for Client & Product Support to join their growing C&PS team. In this role, the individual will combine technical knowledge of AlphaSense's solution with a deep understanding of its users to maximize the platform's value. The Analyst will be the first line of support, contributing to excellent customer service and acting as a point of contact for customers globally.
