Job Description

Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, is seeking a Senior Manager of Global CXO Programs. This role supports the strategy, planning, and execution of global executive programs, including CXO Summits and customer advisory boards. The Senior Manager will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and leadership teams to deliver high-impact programs and nurture executive relationships.Responsibilities:

• Supporting the strategy, planning, and execution of global executive programs.
• Assisting in building and nurturing executive relationships.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and leadership teams.
• Managing logistics, content coordination, and speaker preparation.
• Contributing to the development and refinement of best practices.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience supporting executive-level programs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience executing high-quality programs as part of a global team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
