Job Description
Zscaler is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their Swiss team. This role involves focusing on net new logo and upsell opportunities across multiple sectors in Switzerland. The Account Executive will report to the Regional Sales Director and will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Level decision-makers, creating long-term account strategies aligned with customer goals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs. They will also serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client businesses and aligning Zscaler solutions with their goals.
Role Involves:
- Focusing on net new logo and upsell opportunities in Switzerland
- Building relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Level decision-makers
- Creating a long-term account strategy aligned with customer goals
- Collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs and contribute to account planning
- Being a trusted advisor, understanding client businesses and aligning Zscaler solutions with their goals
Requirements:
- 10+ years of full-cycle sales experience within the software or security industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Progressive selling experience engaging with accounts and selling at C-Level
- Experience managing 2-5 large accounts in Switzerland
- Business fluency in German/Swiss-German
- Established relationships with current and prospective customers (preferred)
- Understanding of customer goals and how technology can facilitate them (preferred)
- Proficiency in strategic sales planning with experience closing net new logos (preferred)
