Job Description
Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, is seeking a Regional Director to join their Sales and Go-to-Market team. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, and driving business growth in the assigned region. The Regional Director will report to the Regional Vice President and will be responsible for achieving sales targets and fostering strong customer relationships.

Role involves:
  • Recruiting, hiring, and developing sales talent
  • Coaching and motivating the sales team to exceed targets
  • Understanding and addressing customer pain points with Zscaler's solutions
  • Creating and executing a business plan for success
  • Acting as an executive sponsor for key partners
  • Fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales management experience in the software or security industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience selling to C-level executives
  • Established relationships with current and prospective customers (preferred)
  • Proficiency in strategic sales planning (preferred)
