SurveyMonkey is seeking a Senior Strategy & Business Operations Analyst to join their Go-To-Market team, supporting the Self-Serve business. This role involves acting as a strategic partner to senior leaders across various departments, uncovering insights, solving business challenges, and driving execution across key growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a direct impact on company-wide outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Collaborating on control/treatment experiments.
- Partnering cross-functionally to shape go-to-market strategy.
- Building scalable reporting and frameworks to monitor KPIs.
- Driving quarterly forecasts and annual planning.
- Contributing to executive and Board-level deliverables.
- Leading or supporting high-impact initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, data analytics, or FP&A.
- Demonstrated strength in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Moderate SQL proficiency.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
