SurveyMonkey is seeking a Senior Strategy & Business Operations Analyst to join their Go-To-Market team, supporting the Self-Serve business. This role involves acting as a strategic partner to senior leaders across various departments, uncovering insights, solving business challenges, and driving execution across key growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a direct impact on company-wide outcomes.

Responsibilities include:
  • Translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborating on control/treatment experiments.
  • Partnering cross-functionally to shape go-to-market strategy.
  • Building scalable reporting and frameworks to monitor KPIs.
  • Driving quarterly forecasts and annual planning.
  • Contributing to executive and Board-level deliverables.
  • Leading or supporting high-impact initiatives.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, data analytics, or FP&A.
  • Demonstrated strength in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Moderate SQL proficiency.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A continuous improvement mindset.
