PagerDuty is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join its Professional Services team. In this role, the Technical Account Manager will serve as the primary technical advisor to assigned customers, helping them leverage the PagerDuty platform to achieve their business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the PagerDuty platform and its role within the broader Digital Operations landscape.
The Technical Account Manager will collaborate with Customer Success Managers and the Professional Services team to understand customer business objectives and translate them into well-defined technical implementation project plans.
