PagerDuty is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join its Professional Services team. In this role, the Technical Account Manager will serve as the primary technical advisor to assigned customers, helping them leverage the PagerDuty platform to achieve their business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the PagerDuty platform and its role within the broader Digital Operations landscape.

The Technical Account Manager will collaborate with Customer Success Managers and the Professional Services team to understand customer business objectives and translate them into well-defined technical implementation project plans. They will apply their product expertise to design workflows and integrations that optimize and modernize customer operations using the latest PagerDuty technology.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading discovery sessions with enterprise customers to assess inefficiencies.
  • Advising on optimal solutions for streamlining tooling and processes within PagerDuty.
  • Developing custom PagerDuty architectural and integration designs.
  • Translating designs into strategic implementation project plans.
  • Consulting on custom integration designs.
  • Answering technical questions.
  • Leading technical conversations to improve product adoption.
  • Collaborating with Customer Success Managers.
  • Collecting and prioritizing feature requests.
  • Creating automation for repetitive tasks.

Requirements include:

  • Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Confluence, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar.
  • Excellent written communication and customer service skills.
  • Adaptive mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent investigative skills.
  • Ability to write about technical subjects clearly.
  • Fluent English.
