Job Description
GiveDirectly is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive the adoption of its fundraising tools through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience in related fields such as product management, data analytics, or management consulting. This role is fully remote and requires overlap with an East Africa timezone.GiveDirectly is an organization aiming to reshape international giving by providing cash grants directly to the world's poorest. It has raised over $1B since 2011 and delivered cash to more than 1.5 million people in 15 countries.Role involves:
  • Leading and executing partner tool onboarding and activation campaigns.
  • Project managing campaign calendars and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Developing compelling content and executing strategic distribution across various channels.
  • Initiating and driving new marketing experiments to accelerate growth.
  • Ensuring campaign performance is measured against clear KPIs.
Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in related fields.
  • Strong communication skills in writing and presentation creation.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with an iterative mindset.
