GiveDirectly is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive fundraiser acquisition and engagement through strategic partnerships. The Product Marketing Manager will position and promote GiveDirectly's in-house built fundraising campaigns product to potential fundraisers, helping them understand how to effectively raise money for high-impact causes. This role involves:
  • Leading and executing fundraiser acquisition campaigns.
  • Project managing campaign calendars and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Developing compelling content and executing strategic distribution across various channels.
  • Initiating and driving new marketing experiments.
  • Measuring campaign performance against clear KPIs.
The ideal candidate should have:
  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in related fields such as product management, data analytics, or management consulting.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities.
