Job Description

Catapult is seeking a commercially driven EMEA Tactics & Coaching Commercial Lead to drive growth across its coaching and video analysis vertical. This is a senior, strategic role within the EMEA region, working cross-functionally within a matrix organization alongside Business Development Managers (BDMs), Sales Directors, Marketing, and Product teams. The Commercial Lead will take ownership of commercial outcomes in the Tactics & Coaching (T&C) vertical across EMEA, helping to shape and execute a strategic plan that aligns with Catapult’s overall growth strategy.

Role involves:

  • Developing and implementing a regional commercial strategy for the Tactics & Coaching vertical.
  • Collaborating with BDMs, Sales Directors, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Monitoring and driving pipeline metrics.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of market dynamics.
  • Leading and sponsoring large financial opportunities.
  • Acting as a strategic voice in the product development lifecycle.
  • Identifying new commercial opportunities and potential partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the sports tech industry.
  • Proven track record of commercial performance.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM.
  • Deep understanding of the coaching ecosystem in elite and sub-elite sport across the EMEA region.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute operational plans.
  • Passion for sport, technology, and innovation.
