EMEA Tactics & Coaching - Commercial Lead

Job Description

Catapult is seeking a EMEA Tactics & Coaching Commercial Lead to drive growth across coaching and video analysis in the EMEA region. This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and pipeline management.

The Commercial Lead will work closely with Business Development Managers, Sales Directors, and Product and Marketing teams to execute the strategy and deliver measurable commercial outcomes. They will monitor and drive pipeline metrics, translate commercial metrics into actionable plans, and maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics.

The role involves leading and sponsoring large financial opportunities, providing input on the product roadmap, and identifying new commercial opportunities within EMEA.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing a regional commercial strategy.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Monitoring and driving pipeline metrics.
• Conducting SWOT analysis.
• Leading and sponsoring large financial opportunities.
• Providing input on the product roadmap.
• Identifying new commercial opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the sports tech industry.
• Proven track record of commercial performance.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
• Deep understanding of the coaching ecosystem in elite and sub-elite sport across the EMEA region.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute operational plans.
• Passion for sport, technology, and innovation.
