Job Description
Carta is seeking a Head of Account Management to strengthen client relationships and drive growth. This role involves leading a high-impact team focused on client outcomes and product adoption. The ideal candidate will partner cross-functionally to align Carta’s offerings with client needs.

Requirements:
  • 12-15+ years of experience in account management, client success, Delivery, or business development, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.
  • 8+ years of experience working with or servicing private capital clients.
  • Proven success managing senior relationships (CFOs, GPs, COOs) and influencing strategic outcomes.
  • Experience overseeing full client lifecycle from onboarding through growth, renewals, and long-term retention.
  • Skilled people leader with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Data-informed thinker who drives outcomes through metrics, insights, and structured client engagement.
