Job Description
OLIVER+ is seeking a Senior Integrated Designer to work remotely from Mexico with one of the world's leading Drinks & Beverages brands. The Integrated Designer will manage digital, print, and social content projects from start to finish, ensuring creative ideas align with brand guidelines. Reporting to the Creative Director, the designer will collaborate within a team of designers, project managers, and creatives.Role involves:
  • Producing designs and ideas to meet client briefs and standards.
  • Monitoring output quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Influencing clients with creative input and pitching new concepts.
  • Supporting the Sweden-based team with global requests.
  • Creating inspiring content through repurposing and ideation.
  • Leading the development of creative output.
  • Working on print-based collateral with strong branding knowledge.
  • Evaluating industry trends and developments.
  • Developing effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Working across various brands within the wine and spirits portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Excellent client engagement skills.
  • Innate creative flair and strong art direction skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong typography, layout, and technical skills.
  • Understanding of online banners, social media posts, web design, UI design, and HTML email.
  • Experience with POS designs and in-store activations.
  • Ability to support with PPT design requests.
  • Confidence in presenting ideas to teams and clients.
  • Aptitude for managing multiple projects seamlessly.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (Alcoholic Beverages preferred).
  • Experience working with a portfolio of brands.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in digital, print, web design, artwork, and production.
