Job Description

G-P is seeking an IT Cloud Services Administrator - Endpoint Management to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the endpoint management environment, utilizing tools such as Jamf, Intune, and other MDM and EPM technologies. This role involves deploying and managing software updates, automating endpoint management tasks, troubleshooting endpoint issues, and monitoring endpoint performance and security.

What this role involves:

  • Deploying, configuring, and managing software updates, patches, and security policies across all endpoints.
  • Automating endpoint management tasks using scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) where appropriate.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving escalated endpoint related issues.
  • Monitoring endpoint performance and security, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest endpoint management trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Participating in on-call rotation for leading response efforts during high priority incidents, and working closely with cross-functional teams to expedite resolution.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in cloud services administration, with a focus on endpoint management.
  • Proven experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, Jamf) and collaboration platforms (Google Drive, Slack, Zoom).
  • Strong understanding of endpoint security best practices.
  • Experience with PowerShell and other scripting tools.
  • Familiarity with security principles and data protection across all cloud services.
  • Solid troubleshooting and problem solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to act as technical lead and/or participate in various projects.
  • Ensure all IT processes and procedures are documented.
  • Ability to collaborate with other IT teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work closely with vendors to escalate and resolve technical issues, and to advocate for enhancements or improvements.
