Job Description

G-P is seeking a highly skilled Zendesk Developer to design, implement, and maintain Zendesk solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience and a strong understanding of Zendesk configuration and customization. This is a remote-first position based in Colombia.

Role Involves:

• Designing and architecting Zendesk solutions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Configuring and customizing Zendesk features.
• Developing and maintaining Zendesk apps and integrations.
• Optimizing Zendesk configurations for scalability and performance.
• Providing technical guidance and best practices.
• Troubleshooting and resolving Zendesk-related issues.
• Staying current with Zendesk platform updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Zendesk Administrator or Architect.
• Strong proficiency in Zendesk configuration.
• Experience developing Zendesk apps and integrations using Zendesk APIs.
• Solid understanding of customer service and support processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Zendesk certifications are a plus.
