Job Description
Mentimeter is seeking a Manager, Customer Success to lead a team of Account Managers in their Toronto office. This role focuses on developing and coaching the team to support the growth and retention of Mentimeter's existing customer base. The ideal candidate will contribute to building a transparent, collaborative, and competent post-sales team.
What this role involves:
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and coaching Account Managers to hit yearly targets.
  • Setting goals and aligning with Customer Success Management.
  • Mentoring team members for personal and professional development.
  • Leading operational work and providing regular coaching.
  • Making tactical decisions with Sales Managers and the Sales Director.
  • Identifying key learnings for scaling within the Sales team.
  • Participating in prospect and customer meetings and negotiations.
  • Collaborating with Sales Managers and Directors within the Post Sales team.
  • Acting as a bridge between Post Sales, other Sales Departments, Product, and Marketing.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in Customer Success.
  • Minimum 2 years in a Management role.
  • Experience selling B2B software solutions in the SaaS market.
  • Previous line management and team leader experience in a CS or sales team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with KPIs and goal setting.
  • Strong negotiation and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work with data for decision-making.
  • Proven track record in customer/stakeholder relationship management and exceeding sales targets.
