Performance Marketing Manager - Samlino Group

Job Description

Samlino Group is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive marketing projects and initiatives. The role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, but will involve travel to and work in five markets: Portugal, Denmark, Belgium, Finland, and Greece. The Performance Marketing Manager will work directly with the founder and senior teams and will be accountable for their own marketing projects, driving results across various campaigns. The responsibilities will evolve over time, with the aim of taking ownership of progressively larger opportunities.

Samlino Group expects the candidate to have a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. They should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess a track record of successfully owning projects from conception to completion. Native proficiency in either Portuguese, Danish, French, Dutch, Greek, Finnish or Swedish and fluent in English is required.
