Job Description

Samlino Group is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence to drive growth and impact across its five markets. The role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, but involves travel to and collaboration with international teams. The Entrepreneur in Residence will own projects, drive results, and contribute to value creation, process improvement, and organizational growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting ambitious goals and executing strategic plans
• Taking ownership of projects from inception to completion
• Identifying and mitigating potential bottlenecks
• Driving accountability and fostering a results-driven culture
• Building and empowering high-performing teams
• Deep diving into value creation, process improvement and organizational growth
• Brainstorming and strategizing to challenge status quo
