The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the company's growth, working closely with high-performing teams and international peers. This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, but involves travel to and collaboration with teams across five markets.

Role Involves:

• Identifying bottlenecks and developing mitigation strategies.
