The Venture VP will work closely with high-performing teams and the founder, with ample opportunity for growth within the company. This position requires regular travel to and collaboration with teams in different locations.Role involves:

• Setting ambitious goals and developing strategic plans
• Taking ownership of projects from inception to completion
• Identifying potential bottlenecks and developing mitigation strategies
• Driving accountability within teams
• Building, coaching, and empowering A+ teams
