Job Description
DeepIntent is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Client Success, and Engineering. The Business Operations Analyst will report to the Director, Business Operations. This role involves creating detailed business analyses, streamlining communications using DeepIntent’s CRM, and maintaining reporting dashboards. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and capable of working cross-functionally.
Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in DeepIntent’s CRM platform (Boostr).
- Analyze key business performance metrics.
- Manage data QA processes.
- Maintain data integrity across platforms.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, sales operations, or business operations at a startup.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Passion for digital advertising.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (SalesForce and/or Boostr) a plus.
- Beginner SQL experience a plus.
