PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to enhance the data-driven capabilities of its marketing team. This role, reporting to the Director of Marketing Analytics, involves correlating goals to KPIs, setting up tracking and automated Tableau dashboards, and providing collaborative insights to stakeholders.Responsibilities include:
- Leading with a strategic mindset, aligning goals with KPIs in tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Integrating data storytelling into insights and presentations.
- Taking ownership of front-end tracking and reporting, working with web developers to ensure proper tracking and resolve gaps.
- Providing stakeholders with dashboards and reports on website engagement and performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
- Conducting ad-hoc analyses and offering data-based recommendations to digital and web marketers.
- Supporting senior analytics staff in digital marketing tracking and reporting.
- Participating in a collaborative analytics team, sharing knowledge, QA’ing code, and documenting best practices.
Requirements include:
- 4-6 years of experience with digital marketing and web analytics data sets (e.g., Google Analytics 4, segment.io, Google Ads).
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Experience with testing and experimentation (a/b testing, causal inference).
- Experience with Data warehousing like Snowflake.
- 4-6 years of experience using Salesforce CRM data.
- 4-6 years of experience creating reports in a business intelligence tool like Tableau.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
