Job Description

Zinnia is seeking a Business Solutions Architect to align business goals with product offerings. The ideal candidate will design scalable solutions that enable customers to achieve meaningful outcomes through the Zinnia platform. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, sales, customer success, and client teams.

The Business Solutions Architect will serve as a strategic advisor during customer engagements, guiding clients on solution designs, product configurations, and implementation approaches. They will translate business requirements into functional product designs and technical blueprints.

What this role involves:

• Architecting end-to-end solutions by integrating product capabilities with customer business processes and third-party systems.
• Serving as a strategic advisor during customer engagements.
• Translating abstract business requirements into functional product-driven designs.
• Partnering with Product Managers to influence roadmap priorities.
• Collaborating with Client functions and internal teams to create compelling solution narratives.
• Interfacing with Engineering to ensure technical feasibility and product fit.
• Leading workshops and discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Analyzing and modeling customer business processes.
• Acting as the voice of the customer internally.
• Establishing and promoting architectural standards.
• Maintaining documentation such as solution design artifacts and implementation roadmaps.
• Staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Identifying opportunities for new product capabilities.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Business Architecture, or Product Strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in the Financial Services SAAS ecosystem and partners
• Strong experience with enterprise systems integration, process modeling, and solution design.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven success leading client-facing workshops.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, API architectures, and cloud platforms.
