Eucalyptus is seeking a passionate Medical Lead (Doctor) to join their team in London. This role involves designing, prototyping, and delivering an innovative diagnostics offering to UK patients. The Medical Lead will work at the intersection of clinical care, digital experience, and behavior change, contributing to the company's mission of transforming healthcare access and experience.Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations to interpret diagnostic results and provide personalized advice.
• Collaborate with Clinical & Product teams to co-create diagnostics.
• Champion patient experience by sharing insights and identifying opportunities for refinement.
• Play a key role in onboarding, mentoring, and shaping a world-class clinical team.

Requirements:

• Qualified doctor with PGY4+ and full General Registration with the General Medical Council.
• Experience in General Practice Training or General Medical Terms/Rotations.
• Valid medical indemnity insurance.
• Adept at using technology to deliver care and communicate with patients.
• Ability to make timely and accurate referral decisions.
• Excellent communication skills.
