Job Description
GHX is seeking a Deal Desk Specialist to join their Deal Operations team in Hyderabad. This role supports the quoting stage of the sales cycle, focusing on understanding deal scope and managing system entry or approval review. The Deal Desk Specialist collaborates with sales and other teams to ensure accurate system entry and documentation.

Role Involves:
  • Analyzing account, asset, and contract data.
  • Managing request for quote support and quote queue review/approval processes.
  • Creating quotes in Salesforce and configuring carts in CPQ.
  • Ensuring non-standard commercial terms are reviewed and documented.
  • Assisting with process enhancements and documentation.
  • Participating in Sales QBRs and forecast calls.
  • Data entry and updates to internal systems.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, operations, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a Deal Desk, Quoting, Sales or Revenue Operations role.
  • Basic understanding of deal structure of complex SaaS deals.
  • Experience using Conga CPQ (Apttus) and Salesforce (CRM).
  • Strong written and verbal communication, time management, and organization skills.
