WPP is seeking a Senior Collections Analyst to manage collections for a portfolio of customers. The Collections Analyst will report to the Credit & Collections Manager and will be responsible for driving payments of outstanding invoices to contracted terms. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, a strong communicator, and self-motivated.

Role involves: - Managing a portfolio of Customers
- Utilizing credit management software, e-mails and telephone to contact Customers
- Maintaining detailed records of all communications with Customers
- Resolving all queries and or issues raised by Customers
- Ensuring cheques received are banked and recorded promptly
- Reconciling Customer accounts were required
- Preparing recommendation of Bad and Doubtful Debt Provisions
- Driving collections to achieve monthly collection targets
Requirements: - Minimum 3 years Collections experience within an International Organisation
- Confidence in dealing and building relationships, both internally and externally
- Self-motivated, energetic, and detailed oriented
- Able to work to firm deadlines and calm under pressure
- Well organized with strength in prioritizing
- Strong communication skills including persuasion and negotiation
- Commercially focused with a strong Customer service approach
