Job Description
WPP is seeking an IT Support Analyst to deliver exceptional on-site IT support to employees, agencies, and clients in Toronto. This role involves providing remote support to regional offices, maintaining deskside operations, and building strong relationships with business users. The IT Support Analyst will champion a customer-focused approach, educate users on IT services, and accurately log all IT engagements in the ticketing system. They will also manage onboarding/offboarding processes, resolve Level 1 and 2 incidents, and maintain security protocols.

- 3–5 years’ experience in IT help desk or deskside support roles
- Ability to work 100% on-site from a designated office location
- Strong cross-platform expertise in Windows and Mac OS
