Job Description
WPP is seeking an IT Support Analyst to deliver exceptional on-site IT support to employees, agencies, and clients. This role involves providing remote support, maintaining deskside operations, and building strong relationships with business users. The IT Support Analyst will champion a customer-focused approach, educate users on IT services, and manage onboarding/offboarding processes. They will also resolve incidents, maintain security protocols, and support infrastructure refreshes.
  • Delivering on-site IT support
  • Providing remote support to regional offices
  • Maintaining deskside operations and standard technology services
  • Building relationships with business users
  • Educating users on IT services, policies, and best practices
  • Logging IT engagements in the ticketing system
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Resolving Level 1 and 2 incidents
  • Maintaining security protocols
  • Supporting user and office relocations
  • Managing IT asset procurement, inventory, and lifecycle
  • Contributing to the Service Desk knowledge base
  • Collaborating with global IT functions
  • Facilitating infrastructure refreshes
  • Supporting software licensing reviews
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years’ experience in IT help desk or deskside support roles
  • Ability to work 100% on-site from designated office locations
  • Strong cross-platform expertise in Windows and Mac OS
  • Working knowledge of AV technology
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, can-do attitude
  • Empathy and effective communication skills
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Effective time management and prioritization abilities
