WPP is seeking an IT Support Analyst to deliver exceptional on-site IT support to employees, agencies, and clients in New York City. The role involves providing remote support to regional offices, maintaining deskside operations, and building strong relationships with business users. The IT Support Analyst will champion a customer-focused approach, educate users on IT services, and manage onboarding/offboarding processes.

Requirements:
