Job Description
WPP is seeking an IT Support Analyst to deliver exceptional on-site IT support to employees, agencies, and clients in Costa Mesa, California. This role is part of a collaborative, global Technology Operations team focused on providing reliable, modern technology solutions. The IT Support Analyst will play a key role in supporting the transition to cloud-based services and digital experiences.

Role involves:
  • Delivering on-site IT support and remote support to regional offices
  • Maintaining deskside operations and standard technology services
  • Building strong relationships with business users
  • Educating users on IT services, policies, and best practices
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Resolving Level 1 and 2 incidents
  • Managing IT asset procurement, inventory, and lifecycle

Requirements:
  • 3–5 years’ experience in IT help desk or deskside support roles
  • Must be able to work from designated office locations
  • Strong cross-platform expertise in Windows and Mac OS
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • Empathy and effective communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Effective time management and prioritization abilities
