WPP is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their Technology Operations team in Kansas City. This role is crucial for providing exceptional on-site IT support to WPP employees, agencies, and clients. The IT Support Analyst will play a key role in maintaining technology services, building relationships with business users, and ensuring a customer-focused approach. What this role involves:
Delivering on-site IT support to WPP employees, agencies, and visiting clients.
Providing remote support to regional offices as needed.
Maintaining deskside operations and standard technology services.
Building strong relationships with business users.
Educating users on IT services, policies, and best practices.
Managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
Resolving Level 1 and 2 incidents.
Supporting user and office relocations.
Requirements:
3–5 years’ experience in IT help desk or deskside support roles.
Must be able to work from designated office locations.
Strong cross-platform expertise in Windows and Mac OS.
Working knowledge of AV technology.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Empathy and effective communication skills.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
