Job Description
WPP is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their Technology Operations team in Kansas City. This role is crucial for providing exceptional on-site IT support to WPP employees, agencies, and clients. The IT Support Analyst will play a key role in maintaining technology services, building relationships with business users, and ensuring a customer-focused approach.

What this role involves:
  • Delivering on-site IT support to WPP employees, agencies, and visiting clients.
  • Providing remote support to regional offices as needed.
  • Maintaining deskside operations and standard technology services.
  • Building strong relationships with business users.
  • Educating users on IT services, policies, and best practices.
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Resolving Level 1 and 2 incidents.
  • Supporting user and office relocations.


Requirements:
  • 3–5 years’ experience in IT help desk or deskside support roles.
  • Must be able to work from designated office locations.
  • Strong cross-platform expertise in Windows and Mac OS.
  • Working knowledge of AV technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Empathy and effective communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
