Job Description
WPP is seeking an IT Support Analyst to deliver exceptional on-site IT support to employees, agencies, and clients. This role is crucial for maintaining standard technology services and building strong relationships with business users. The IT Support Analyst will champion a customer-focused approach, educate users on IT services, and accurately log all IT engagements in the ticketing system.
  • Deliver on-site IT support
  • Provide remote support to regional offices
  • Maintain deskside operations and meeting room AV
  • Build relationships with business users
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Resolve Level 1 and 2 incidents
  • Support user and office relocations
  • 3–5 years’ experience in IT help desk or deskside support roles
  • Strong cross-platform expertise in Windows and Mac OS
  • Working knowledge of AV technology
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
