WPP is seeking an IT Support Analyst to deliver exceptional on-site IT support to employees, agencies, and clients. This role is crucial for maintaining standard technology services and building strong relationships with business users. The IT Support Analyst will champion a customer-focused approach, educate users on IT services, and accurately log all IT engagements in the ticketing system.
- Deliver on-site IT support
- Provide remote support to regional offices
- Maintain deskside operations and meeting room AV
- Build relationships with business users
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Resolve Level 1 and 2 incidents
- Support user and office relocations
- 3–5 years’ experience in IT help desk or deskside support roles
- Strong cross-platform expertise in Windows and Mac OS
- Working knowledge of AV technology
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
