Job Description
WPP is seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst to join their Technology Operations team in Chicago, Illinois. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional on-site IT support to WPP employees, agencies, and visiting clients, ensuring a seamless technology experience. The Senior IT Support Analyst will lead a small team of Junior Engineers, resolve complex technical issues, and contribute to the ongoing digital transformation at WPP.
Role involves:
- Delivering on-site IT support
- Leading a team of Junior Engineers
- Providing deskside support and maintaining technology services
- Building relationships with business stakeholders
- Managing IT asset inventory and lifecycle
- Resolving Level 2 and 3 incidents
- Supporting hardware and software deployment
Requirements:
- 5-7 years in IT help desk/desk side support
- On-site work availability
- Cross-platform expertise in Windows and Mac OS
- Problem-solving skills
- Communication skills
- Time management abilities
