Job Description
WPP is seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst to join their Technology Operations team in New York City. This role is crucial in delivering on-site IT support and shaping the user experience for WPP employees and agencies. The Senior Analyst will resolve complex technical issues, mentor junior staff, and drive continuous improvement within the technology landscape.
Role involves:
- Delivering on-site IT support to WPP employees, agencies, and visiting clients.
- Leading a small team of Junior Engineers.
- Providing deskside support and maintaining technology services.
- Building relationships with business stakeholders to address their technology needs.
- Managing IT asset procurement, inventory, and lifecycle.
- Resolving Level 2 and 3 incidents and problems.
Requirements:
- 5 – 7 years in an IT help desk / desk side support role.
- Must be able to work from designated office locations.
- Strong cross-platform expertise in Windows and Mac OS.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
