Topsort is seeking a Marketing Manager for LATAM to establish the company's reputation and market leadership in the region. This role involves driving the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and building a robust pipeline through inbound and outbound lead generation efforts. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in fueling aggressive growth targets and shaping market perception of Topsort.
Role Involves:
- Developing and executing Topsort's marketing strategy for LATAM.
- Owning brand positioning and messaging.
- Designing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns.
- Leading the development of localized marketing materials.
- Planning and executing participation in key industry events.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and ROI.
- Collaborating with regional leadership, sales, and global marketing teams.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ad-tech, or retail media.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Deep understanding of the LATAM market landscape.
- Strong content creation and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing automation (ideally HubSpot).
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Highly agile, independent, and accountable.
