Job Description
Topsort is seeking a Marketing Manager for LATAM to establish the company's reputation and market leadership in the region. This role involves driving the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and building a robust pipeline through inbound and outbound lead generation efforts. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in fueling aggressive growth targets and shaping market perception of Topsort.

Role Involves:
  • Developing and executing Topsort's marketing strategy for LATAM.
  • Owning brand positioning and messaging.
  • Designing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Leading the development of localized marketing materials.
  • Planning and executing participation in key industry events.
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and ROI.
  • Collaborating with regional leadership, sales, and global marketing teams.

Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ad-tech, or retail media.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Deep understanding of the LATAM market landscape.
  • Strong content creation and storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation (ideally HubSpot).
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Highly agile, independent, and accountable.
