Job Description
Topsort is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their rapidly growing team. This role is crucial for connecting with top retailers and marketplaces, fueling the sales pipeline through strategic outreach and partnership development. The ideal candidate will be driven, creative, and curious, eager to shape the future of retail media.

Role Involves:
  • Driving pipeline growth by identifying and engaging potential clients.
  • Conducting initial outreach and qualification to identify high-potential clients.
  • Leading discovery meetings to understand client pain points.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives and the marketing team.
  • Developing a strong understanding of Topsort’s products and industry trends.
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM tools and analyzing outreach performance.

Requirements:
  • 1-2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and pipeline generation goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive and persistent mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must be located in Boston (3-4 days/week in Somerville office)
