Job Description
Topsort is seeking a strategic and experienced Sales Development Representative to fuel their sales pipeline in the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting Sales Reps during the pre-sales phase by proactively identifying and nurturing new opportunities within target accounts. Topsort is a global company that was born in the pandemic that’s had rapid growth since out of a genius product, a customer-first mentality, and a hardworking team of talented individuals.
Role involves: - Researching and prospecting high-potential agencies, strategic direct brands, and retailers in LATAM.
- Executing personalized outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Qualifying inbound leads and nurturing them with valuable information.
- Scheduling high-quality discovery meetings and initial demos for Sales Reps.
- Maintaining accurate records in HubSpot CRM.
Requirements: - 1-3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
- Proven ability to conduct thorough research and articulate value clearly.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Resilient and proactive with a positive attitude towards targets.
- Familiarity with CRM (ideally HubSpot) and prospecting tools is a plus.
- Ambitious, eager to learn, and passionate about sales, tech, and growth.
