Job Description
Topsort is seeking a Head of Product to lead product development. The Head of Product will define and drive product strategy at a company-wide level. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure the company is solving the right problems, delivering scalable solutions, and creating products that drive meaningful value for its customers.

What this role involves:
  • Collaborating across product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams globally.
  • Leading the strategy, vision, and roadmap across multiple product areas.
  • Developing deep domain expertise in retail media and ad tech.
  • Driving creative, high-leverage solutions to complex product challenges.
  • Leading discovery efforts across customers and internal teams.
  • Partnering closely with engineering to define requirements and prioritize backlogs.
  • Shaping product rollout and adoption strategy.
  • Establishing metrics to evaluate product success and iterate based on outcomes.
  • Mentoring and guiding other product managers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong technical acumen.
  • 7+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ad tech, or eCommerce infrastructure is valuable.
  • Experience working on APIs, platforms, or integration-heavy products is a plus.
  • Proven ability to drive strategy and execution across teams.
  • Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Deeply customer-focused.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Naturally curious and rigorous.
