Job Description
Dialogue is seeking an Account Executive to expand its presence across Toronto and Southwestern Ontario. The Account Executive will report to the Director of Sales and will be responsible for driving growth by sparking conversations, understanding client needs, and showcasing the Integrated Health Platform to organizations with 250 to 1500 employees. This role requires hustle, adaptability, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of Dialogue's healthcare solutions.What this role involves:
  • Managing the end-to-end sales process, from identifying and qualifying leads to closing complex deals.
  • Developing and executing strategies for outbound prospecting, business development, and partnership collaboration.
  • Following a defined sales process and accurately recording all activities in the CRM.
  • Optimizing addressable market coverage and generating outbound pipeline/revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Partnerships to source new partnerships and nurture existing relationships.
  • Presenting Dialogue to partners and executives of prospective customers, both virtually and in-person.
Requirements:
  • Grit and agility to handle ambiguity and turn uncertainty into opportunity.
  • Passionate professionalism to represent Dialogue effectively in a competitive market.
  • A mission-oriented mindset focused on improving access to quality healthcare.
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience with a strong foundation in relationship management.
  • Experience with strategic selling in a complex environment.
  • Skilled in consultative and evangelical selling, crafting compelling narratives, and driving meaningful conversations.
