Enterprise Account Executive – Central

Dialogue is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to engage with enterprise-level organizations across Central Canada. The Enterprise Account Executive will report to the Director of Enterprise Accounts. He will focus on building strategic relationships with prominent employers and championing Dialogue's virtual healthcare solutions.

The ideal candidate is a high-performing sales professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about selling meaningful solutions in the health and wellness space.

What this role involves:

• Owning the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Building and managing a pipeline of high-value opportunities.
• Delivering tailored pitches and demos to executive-level stakeholders.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.
• Documenting activity in CRM (Salesforce) and following a structured sales methodology.
• Partnering with Marketing to co-develop content and campaigns.

Requirements:

• A mission-driven mindset focused on improving access to healthcare for Canadians.
• 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
• A consultative approach to understanding business needs.
• High professionalism and executive presence.
