Job Description
Teads Outbrain Inc. is seeking a client-obsessed Account Manager to join their growing Tokyo team. This role is pivotal in driving success for performance-led campaigns in Japan. The Account Manager will be the primary contact for key advertisers, managing the full campaign lifecycle, optimizing performance, and fostering strong client relationships.

Role involves:
  • Overseeing the operational setup and delivery of digital campaigns on Teads.
  • Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance in real-time, aligned to client KPIs.
  • Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with internal technical teams.
  • Delivering campaign insights and optimization strategies to ensure client success.
  • Building strong client relationships through regular performance reviews and proactive support.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling additional Teads products and solutions.
  • Supporting the commercial team in onboarding and transitioning new clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service and delivery.
  • Delivering clear and compelling reports on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Leveraging data from multiple platforms to uncover trends and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or campaign operations.
  • Solid understanding of digital performance marketing and campaign delivery.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Commercially savvy with a hunter mindset to grow existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Fluent-level Japanese with business-level English (or willingness to develop English proficiency).
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
