Job Description
Teads, the omnichannel outcomes platform for the open internet, is seeking a Customer Experience Assistant to support their team in Paris. This role involves managing advertising campaigns, maintaining relationships with agencies and advertisers, and supporting the Account team.

Role Involves:
  • Participating in the implementation of online advertising campaigns.
  • Assisting in the analysis, optimization, and recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Helping with performance reports and post-campaign analysis.
  • Monitoring campaigns daily to ensure 100% delivery.
  • Managing relationships with the sales team for pre-sales support and daily management.

Requirements:
  • Passion for online advertising and new media.
  • Currently studying Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Advertising, or similar.
  • Rigorous, organized, and autonomous.
  • Good analytical and relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of tracking tools and ad server operations is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
