Job Description
Teads, the omnichannel outcomes platform for the open internet, is seeking a Customer Experience Assistant to support their team in Paris. This role involves managing advertising campaigns, maintaining relationships with agencies and advertisers, and supporting the Account team.
Role Involves:
- Participating in the implementation of online advertising campaigns.
- Assisting in the analysis, optimization, and recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Helping with performance reports and post-campaign analysis.
- Monitoring campaigns daily to ensure 100% delivery.
- Managing relationships with the sales team for pre-sales support and daily management.
Requirements:
- Passion for online advertising and new media.
- Currently studying Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Advertising, or similar.
- Rigorous, organized, and autonomous.
- Good analytical and relationship skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of tracking tools and ad server operations is a plus.
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
