Job Description
Teads is seeking an Industry Director to join their Strategic Accounts team. The role involves cultivating high-value partnerships, driving revenue growth, and strengthening the company's presence across CPG accounts in Germany. The Industry Director will collaborate with globally renowned advertisers in the CPG industries, leveraging Teads’ advertising solutions. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage relationships at an executive and C-level while aligning with multi-market teams and global stakeholders.

What this role involves:
  • Developing and nurturing strong, senior-level relationships with CPG advertisers across DACH region.
  • Crafting and delivering innovative solutions that align with client objectives and maximise results.
  • Representing Teads in industry events and sharing best practices.
  • Working closely with the sales team to secure Teads’ presence in core media plans and activation budgets.
  • Coordinating seamlessly across multi-market teams to align on client needs and uncover new opportunities.
  • Taking ownership of client portfolios and driving growth while aligning with global objectives.
  • Tackling complex challenges with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Requirements:
  • Solid experience in media or digital advertising, ideally within the CPG sectors.
  • A strong network among top marketing and media agencies decision-makers in the DACH region.
  • Proven ability to establish and foster long-term, meaningful partnerships with senior executives and global stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of online video, display, and performance advertising.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire, guide, and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Skilled in converting business from other media channels and understanding cross-channel dynamics.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Business English.
