Job Description
Razorpay is seeking an Associate Technical Consultant to provide technical support and consulting to developers, clients, and internal teams. This role involves addressing post-integration issues and ensuring successful resolutions for merchants. The individual will report to the head of Technical Support of Business Engineering at Razorpay.Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Addressing technical queries on APIs and the Razorpay product suite.
- Communicating technical issues to merchants and internal departments.
- Identifying irregularities in functionality and unexpected behaviors.
- Providing timely resolution to merchants and assisting with product knowledge and troubleshooting.
- Reporting issues to product/software engineering teams and collaborating on resolutions.
- Capturing issues in CRM, updating progress, and resolving merchant issues.
- Acting as an advocate for technical queries and expertise.
- Enhancing the merchant experience by providing support for technical issues.
- Traveling to client sites to resolve complex issues.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Ability to deal with complex issues and bring it to closure with least dependency.
- Logical thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge in the payment gateway domain.
- In-depth understanding of multiple products and processes.
- Good interpersonal skills and quick decision-making.
- Knowledge of frontend and server-side technologies.
- B.Tech/M.Tech degree with internship experience.
